Laura Yon-Brooks is the co-founder of Planet Earth Yoga Center. For over 25 years she has been practicing and teaching yoga, movement and meditation with a compassionate style that cultivates awareness and inner peace.

Laura holds a master’s degree in sports medicine and has extensive training and practice in Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga and Tibetan Buddhism. She currently teaches at the Universtity of Washington Medical Center and conducts 2 year teacher training programs at her studio in Seattle, WA.

Michael Scott Brooks is an Expressive Arts Therapist, and Certified Laughter Yoga instructor. He has led men's groups, rites of passage journeys and healing circles in the Seattle area for the past ten years. Scott's lifelong spiritual journey has been a cross polination of indigenous wisdom, Eastern Mysticism and mainstream theology ... On the rocks, with a twist.

Together with his wife Laura he founded and created Planet Earth Yoga Center in Fremont, WA.
