Private Yoga Therapy is a one-to-one session between you and the yoga instructor that focuses on addressing your individual needs. Essentially, it's like your own personal yoga class.

A typical session may include an initial consultation, yoga postures, assisted therapeutic stretches, hands on bodywork and relaxation techniques. At the end of your session you will be given a personalized program that can be practiced at home. All postures are based on gentle Hatha Yoga movements and can easily be adapted to accomidate any age or physical limitation.
