Susan’s longtime fascination with the body, movement, and wellness led her to yoga over 20 years ago. She has always embraced a holistic view of health, and her approach blends both Eastern and Western techniques. She combines the wisdom of yoga with the science of physical therapy to empower others to learn to move safely and with greater awareness.
